WordCards Plus is an educational app designed to help users learn vocabulary through interactive flashcards. The app provides various categories of words with pronunciations, definitions, and visual aids to enhance the learning experience.

3. User Account

No account registration is required to use WordCards Plus. However, app preferences and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal information on our servers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WordCards Plus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or interfere with any other party's use of the app.

5. In-App Purchases

WordCards Plus offers premium content through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Premium features unlock additional word categories and learning content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in WordCards Plus, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the app without permission.

7. Disclaimer

WordCards Plus is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Educational content is for learning purposes only and should not be considered as professional language instruction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of WordCards Plus.
